This stunning early Doug Hyde pastel measures 180cm x 72 cm (with frame 193cm x 85cm), an impressive size for a Doug Hyde original.
It has been kept in mint condition in an office environment as a piece of corporate art, ever since it was commissioned. With a custom built frame, from the established and respected “The Framing Workshop” in the city of Bath, UK.
It is very individual as it is one of Doug’s earliest pieces and has been signed by Doug himself. The writing of “Monday, Wednesday, Friday” at the bottom, has been handwritten in pencil by Doug, so it is a very special and collectable piece of art.
It is a great piece for a personal collection but can also work well as corporate and office art. It really stands out from other Doug Hyde original pastels, it has only had one proprietor so is in perfect condition.
